If you're having trouble verifying your email address, you can play without verifying your email address by clicking "Play" on the Guild Wars 2 Launcher if you already downloaded the client. We're working to fix email verification, and you can verify your address once we do.
Guild invites cannot be sent at this time. Additionally, some players who were in guilds have been kicked and cannot be reinvited. We're investigating.
There are currently Black Lion Trading Company issues. Players may not be able to buy gems at this time, or may experience significant delays in receiving their items.
Error 9 means that your account does not have Headstart access. If you pre-ordered, as opposed to pre-purchasing, your Headstart access will start at 0:00 PDT, on August 27th.
To work around Error 21, uncheck “Remember Account Name” and “Remember Password” from the game client and restart.
Error 1032 generally means that your server transfer hasn't finished processing. Try logging in again a little later.
Error 1038 indicates that you may not have attached your Guild Wars 2 account to the original Guild Wars account that you are attempting to login with. Make sure you're logging in with the account you linked your Guild Wars 2 account to.
Error 122 means your account has been disabled, possibly for being fraudulently purchased by an unauthorized vendor. Please contact the source of the purchase for more information.
Perso, je suis touché par l'erreur de guilde, a priori les guildies me voient comme chef (alors que je l'ai jamais été) et quand j'ouvre la fenetre de guilde, ça me dit que j'appartiens à aucune guilde ... et je n'ai accès à aucune des features de guilde ...
