Legacy Exchange scrolls replace a legacy on your legendary item with the legacy that is on the scroll. So for example a Captain has a Healing Threat reduction legacy on his emblem that he hates. He could acquire a Might legacy exchange scroll and use it to replace that legacy with a new legacy that starts at +10 Might and can be increased just like any other legacy. At launch of Siege of Mirkwood the only legacy exchange scrolls readily available will have Statistics legacies. We have the capability to put any legacy on these Exchange scrolls but we are starting off cautiously for balance reasons and to hold back something for rewards in later books.
Cooks make a fantastic meal for the Relic Master and he gives you a Greater Relic. At least that’s what the quest looked like the last time I saw it. All professions can make each of the Greater Crafted Relics so you can choose the one most appropriate to your class. The lesser relics are profession specific but you can buy the one you want from the appropriate craftsman.
